    PARTY BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Bookings enquiries can be made online, via phone or in person.
    • The online Booking form is not a complete reservation. A Play Cave manager will call to approve and finalise the party booking.
    • $100 deposit per room is required for all party bookings and is not refundable under any circumstances if booking is cancelled.
    • Booking confirmation and invites will be issued upon payment of deposit.
    • Bookings are secured only once your $100 party booking deposit has been received.
    • Maximum 20 children per party room.
    • Parties exceeding 20 children incur charges.
    • Party parent must advise all invitees to wear socks including any adults entering any play area.
    • Only 1 parent is admitted FREE per paying child. $5 per additional adult.
    • Minimum 8 children for weekday parties & 10 children for weekend parties.
    • Parties are booked for a 2 hour duration.
    • Party parent must advise all invitees to wear socks.

    • Any additional uninvited children/siblings/adults who come to the venue on the party day, must pay an entry fee - regardless of age.
    • All parties must start & finish at designated times.
    • All party guests MUST vacate the building after the party.
    • Pre-ordered adult party platters cannot be cancelled on the day.
    • All pre-confirmed guests must be paid for.
    • No outside food or drinks permitted.
    • No Glass items permitted in The Play Cave area.
    • No Sparklers.
    • Final cash payment in full receives 5% discount.
    • Final Payment to be made on the day prior to the end of party.
    • A $50 surcharge applies to all party bookings on a public holiday to cover staff expenses.
    • No Socks, No Play.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • GUEST LIST: Please provide us with a guest list of the full names of all the children attending the event. Minimum of 10 kids for weekend parties and 8 kids min for weekday parties.
    • ADULT FOOD PLATTERS: Please provide us with a list of food platters 5 days prior to the event. Food platters requested on the day will be charged at cafe prices. Adult platters can not be cancelled on the day.
    • CONFIRMATION: Final confirmation will need to be made 5 days prior to the event.
